SMS terms and conditions
- We use SMS to confirm appointments, send reminders, and notify clients of schedule updates or important changes.
- You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying “STOP.” We will send an SMS confirming that you have been unsubscribed. To join again, submit a new opt-in request.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your text or data plan.

When information is shared
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate our website, process forms, manage communications, or support our business. When needed to fulfill your request, information may also be shared with eXp Realty, Brokerage, a developer, builder, sales team, or another real estate professional connected with the property or service you asked about. These parties may process information outside Ontario or Canada, where it is subject to local laws.
We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect legal rights or safety, or as part of a business transaction with appropriate safeguards.
Safeguards and retention
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. No online system is completely secure. We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, to manage our relationship with you, and to meet legal or business requirements. Information is then securely deleted, destroyed, or anonymized where appropriate.

You may ask to access or correct personal information we hold about you, withdraw consent, or ask questions about our privacy practices. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request and may be unable to provide access where a legal exception applies.
